Ingredientes

  • 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  •     (or possibly red wine vinegar mixed with 1/2 packet sugar substitute)
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 1 x endive head thinly sliced on
  •     the diagonal
  • 1/2 sm head radicchio cut bite size
  • 1/2 sm head Bibb lettuce cut bite size

Direcciones

  1. In a salad bowl, whisk together extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  2. Add in endive, radicchio, and lettuce. Toss to coat with dressing.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
