- 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar

- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1 x endive head thinly sliced on
- Â Â the diagonal
- 1/2 sm head radicchio cut bite size
- 1/2 sm head Bibb lettuce cut bite size
Direcciones
- In a salad bowl, whisk together extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Add in endive, radicchio, and lettuce. Toss to coat with dressing.
