    Wow! What a refreshing recipe! I love this - very similar to make cake mix cobbler - well, no it isn't; mine is more like a dump cake - fruit on the bottom, cake mix on top - topped with pats of butter ... But, I can't wait to try this - maybe I'll make some for Mother's Day and take to my mom and her nurses at the nursing home. Do you think lemon cake mix would work?
