Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
  • 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1 c. Ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Large eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 8 manicotti shells, cooked & liquid removed

Direcciones

  1. Combine water, tomato sauce and spaghetti sauce fold in a small saucepan. Simmer, uncovered 10 min. Mix 1 c. Mozzarella, Ricotta, Parmesan, Large eggs, salt and pepper. Stuff cheese mix into cooked shells using about 1/4 c. for each shell. Pour 1/2 c. sauce into shallow 2 qt casserole; arrange manicotti shells in sauce and pour remaining sauce over top. Sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella cheese. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min or possibly till bubbly. Yield: 4 servings.
