Ingredientes

12 ounce Fresh spinach, washed and stemmed
3 x Navel oranges, peeled and sectioned
1 whl carrot, cut lengthwise into strips

1 c. Honey-orange vinaigrette
2 x Tomatoes, diced fine
2 Tbsp. Dry-roasted pistachios, shelled

Direcciones

Toss spinach, orange sections and carrot strips with Honey-Orange Vinaigrette.
Sprinkle with diced tomatoes and pistachios. Serve.
