Ingredientes
- 2 cups hot water
- 1 tablespoon wild honey
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice, a few mint leaves(if required)
Direcciones
- 1. Take a small pot and boil two cups of water
- 2. Add 1 teaspoon of grated ginger to the hot water and boil for 15-20 minutes.
- 3. Strain the ginger pieces out of the tea using a tea strainer.
- 4. Pour the Tea into a small cup.
- 5. Mix 1 tablespoon of wild honey to the tea and stir well.
- 6. Additionally, you can add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and a few mint leaves.
