%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPin%20It%20Now!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIt's%20Burger%20Week!%20%20In%20the%20spirit%20of%20the%20summer%20season,%20let's%20get%20our%20burger%20on!%20%20I%20found%20some%20great%20new%20burger%20recipes%20to%20try%20and%20I%20figured%20we'd%20have%20a%20burger%20marathon%20this%20week.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAs%20I%20lovingly%20perused%20my%20Food%20Network%20magazine,%20I%20found%20this%20intriguing%20burger%20recipe.%20%20The%20name%20itself%20caught%20my%20attention,%20but%20what%20really%20had%20me%20hooked%20was%20the%20secret%20ingredient...Peanut%20Butter!!%20%20Now,%20if%20you've%20been%20keeping%20up%20with%20my%20blog,%20you%20know%20that%20I%20love%20adding%20peanut%20butter%20to%20different%20dishes...however;%20I%20never%20would%20have%20thought%20to%20put%20some%20on%20top%20my%20burger.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20recipe%20comes%20from%20the%20Wheel%20Inn%20Drive-In,%20located%20in%20Sedella,%20MO.%20%20According%20to%20the%20article,%20the%20chef%20tells%20anyone%20that%20if%20they%20don't%20like%20the%20burger,%20she'll%20make%20them%20anything%20else%20on%20the%20menu...and%20she's%20never%20had%20to%20follow%20up%20on%20that.%20%20Looking%20forward%20to%20my%20first%20Guberburger!%20%20:)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFor%20sides%20I'm%20dishing%20up%20some%20fresh%20corn%20on%20the%20cob%20and%20sweet%20potato%20fries.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIngredients:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E*note%20from%20me:%20I%20think%20this%20would%20taste%20amazing%20with%20a%20little%20kick%20of%20spice...hit%20it%20up%20with%20some%20siracha,%20or%20your%20fave%20hot%20sauce!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDirections:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E1.%20Warm%20the%20peanut%20butter%20in%20a%20saucepan%20over%20meduium-low%20heat,%20stirring,%20until%20loose,%20about%202%20minutes.%20%20Reduce%20the%20heat%20to%20low,%20keep%20warm.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E2.%20Divide%20the%20meat%20into%206%20loose%20balls,%20then%20gently%20flatten%20into%20thin%20patties.%20%20Heat%20a%20large%20cast-iron%20skillet%20over%20high%20heat.%20%20Add%20the%20patties%20to%20the%20hot%20skillet,%20smash%20them%20flat%20with%20a%20spatula%20and%20season%20with%20salt%20and%20pepper.%20%20Cook%20flipping%20once,%20until%20the%20burgers%20are%20well%20done,%204%20to%205%20minutes%20per%20side.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E3.%20Meanwhile,%20melt%20the%20butter%20in%20another%20skillet%20over%20high%20heat.%20%20Place%20the%20buns%20cut-side%20down%20in%20the%20hot%20skillet,%20press%20them%20down%20slightly%20with%20another%20skillet%20and%20toast%20until%20golden,%20about%202%20minutes.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E4.%20%20Put%20the%20burgers%20on%20the%20bottom%20buns%20and%20spread%20with%201%20heaping%20Tbs%20warm%20peanut%20butter.%20%20Top%20with%20lettuce%20and%20tomato.%20%20Spread%20mayo%20on%20the%20cut%20side%20of%20each%20top,%20then%20put%20on%20top%20of%20the%20burger.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EEnjoy!!%20%20:)%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
