Ingredientes

  • 1 (12 1/2 ounce.) can water-packed tuna, liquid removed
  • 1 (4 ounce.) can green chiles, liquid removed
  • 1 (2.2 ounce.) can pitted ripe olives, liquid removed and sliced
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon Lawry's seasoned salt
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 green onion with top, minced

Direcciones

  1. In medium bowl, flake tuna. Add in chiles, olives, mayonnaise, and salt; blend well. Spoon 1/4 of mix onto each tortilla; top with equal portions of Cheddar cheese. Broil 4 inches from heat till cheese is warm and bubbly. Sprinkle each with green onion. Serve open face or possibly fold over. Yield: 4 servings.
