Receta Tuna Cruz Melt

Ingredientes
- 1 (12 1/2 ounce.) can water-packed tuna, liquid removed
- 1 (4 ounce.) can green chiles, liquid removed
- 1 (2.2 ounce.) can pitted ripe olives, liquid removed and sliced
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon Lawry's seasoned salt
- 4 flour tortillas
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 green onion with top, minced
Direcciones
- In medium bowl, flake tuna. Add in chiles, olives, mayonnaise, and salt; blend well. Spoon 1/4 of mix onto each tortilla; top with equal portions of Cheddar cheese. Broil 4 inches from heat till cheese is warm and bubbly. Sprinkle each with green onion. Serve open face or possibly fold over. Yield: 4 servings.
