Ingredientes

  • 12 1/2 ounce. tuna
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 c. celery
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1/2 c. minced green pepper
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 3/4 c. raw rice
  • 1 pound can tomatoes
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Direcciones

  1. Break tuna into large chunks. Heat butter in saucepan and cook celery, onion, green pepper, and garlic till tender. Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water add in vegetables along with rice, tomatoes, salt, thyme, and simmer 25-30 min, stirring occasionally till rice is tender. Add in tuna, heat through.
