Ingredientes

  • 6 med. potatoes, peeled, cooked and mashed
  • 1 can tuna
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated or possibly minced
  • Parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Cook and mash potatoes well with potato masher till smooth. Add in butter. Mix tuna and Mozzarella into potatoes. Then egg, onion, parsley, salt, pepper. Add in lowfat milk and a handful of bread crumbs. Mix everything well. Form into loaf. Bake at 375 degrees till browned. Slice and serve with a vegetable.
