Receta Tuna Loaf

Ingredientes
- 6 med. potatoes, peeled, cooked and mashed
- 1 can tuna
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated or possibly minced
- Parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
- Bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Cook and mash potatoes well with potato masher till smooth. Add in butter. Mix tuna and Mozzarella into potatoes. Then egg, onion, parsley, salt, pepper. Add in lowfat milk and a handful of bread crumbs. Mix everything well. Form into loaf. Bake at 375 degrees till browned. Slice and serve with a vegetable.
