Ingredientes

  • 1 pound potatoes, peeled & cut in 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1 shallot, minced
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • Paprika
  • 1 can tuna, liquid removed
  • 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn peas
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. potato chips, crushed
  • Lemon juice

Direcciones

  1. Combine potatoes, shallot, water, salt and pepper in 2 qt casserole. Cover and cook on high 3 min, remove. Layer peas and tuna over potatoes. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Spoon undiluted soup over tuna layer. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and cook 5 more min. Sprinkle crushed potato chips over top before serving. Serves 4.
