  1. Combine soy sauce, soda, horseradish, garlic powder.
  2. Cut turkey into cubes. Combine with marinade, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Remove turkey from marinade.
  4. Heat oil in skillet and stir-fry turkey 4 minutes.
  5. Cut vegetables.
  6. Add vegetables to skillet and stir-fry 3-4 minutes.
  7. Add water chestnuts and stir-fry 3 minutes with turkey and vegetables.
  8. Blend cornstarch into water and add to stir-fry mixture.
  9. Cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until sauce is thickened and bubbly.
