Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 cups unsalted butter
  • 3 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 6 cups diced sweet onions
  • 3 lbs cleaned and sliced button mushrooms
  • 2 lbs cleaned and sliced shiitake mushrooms
  • 2 lbs cleaned and sliced oyster mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh thyme
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 1/2 quart dry white wine
  • 1 quart turkey stock
  • 1 can crushed tomaatoes with puree
  • 10 lbs oven roasted turkey - cut in 1/2 inch
  • salt and pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Over medium heat - melt butter, add garlic and onions, saute until golden brown.
  2. Add mushrooms and herbs. Saute until liquid evaporates and mushrooms are tender.
  3. Add wine, turkey stock, and crushed tomatoes - stir in turkey
  4. Stirring occasionally - heat to simmer and gently cook for 5- 10 minutes.
  5. Adjust seasonings as necessary.
  6. Spoon over cooked pasta and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
