Turkey Bacon Scramble

Ingredientes

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 oz. shaved parmesan cheese
  • 4 slices (strips) turkey bacon
  • 2 Tbsp. chilis, diced
  • 2 low carb tortillas
  • 1 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash Italian Medley Seasoning

Direcciones

  1. Dice the chili and turkey bacon.
  2. Heat a pan and add the turkey bacon and chili.
  3. When heated through beat the eggs with 1 tbs of water and the seasoning and add to the pan.
  4. When the eggs are almost set add the shaved parmesan cheese.
  5. When the cheese has melted, split the mix between the 2 tortillas.
  6. Roll up and enjoy with a little salsa or hot sauce.
