Turkey Marinade

Ingredientes

1 c. dry white wine
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon grnd ginger or possibly grated fresh ginger root

1/2 c. peanut oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
1/2 c. minced onion

Direcciones

Pour marinade over turkey and chill several hrs. Simmer turkey in heavy skillet till tender or possibly grill on coals.
