Receta Turkey Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 turkey breast (not roast) approximately 5 to 7 lbs.
- 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Salad dressing (dry)
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 med. onion, minced
- Lettuce leaves, optional
- Seasoned salt to taste

- Wash turkey breast and sprinkle with seasoned salt inside and out to your preference. Don't add in liquid of any kind to crockpot! I recommend cooking turkey on low setting in crockpot for 6 hrs. If turkey breast is frzn, it can be cooked overnight on low setting. Cold turkey breast. Prepare ranch dressing as directed on package. Chop onion very fine. Chop turkey into small pcs and combine with onion and dressing (package makes one pint). Refrigeratesalad 3 to 4 hrs or possibly overnight to allow blending of ingredients. Serve on lettuce lined platter.
