Ingredientes

  • 4 c. seasoned stuffing (crumbs)
  • 1 c. celery
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 5 c. cooked turkey pcs
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. butter

Direcciones

  1. Combine bread crumbs, celery and onions in a greased 9"x13" baking dish. Cover with cooked turkey (chicken may be substituted). Beat Large eggs with a fork; add in soup, lowfat milk and poultry seasoning. Mix well and pour over turkey and stuffing. Combine flour and cheese. Cut in butter. Spread over turkey. Cover tightly; chill overnight. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 min.
