Ingredientes

  • 4 c. diced celery
  • 1 c. minced onion
  • 1 c. butter
  • 4 quarts. dry bread crumbs
  • 1 box croutons
  • 1/4 c. green peppers
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon sage
  • 1/2 can Miller Lite
  • Cut up giblets, cooked (save broth)
  • Whole mushrooms, fresh

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry celery and onion in butter. Combine bread crumbs, croutons, seasonings. Add in rest of ingredients. Stuff bird. Drink 2nd 1/2 can of Miller Lite.
