Receta Turnip Slaw

Ingredientes

1/4 c. minced sweet red pepper 1/4 c. thinly sliced green onions 1/4 c. mayonnaise 1 tbsp. vinegar

2 tbsp. sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 4 c. shredded peeled turnips

Direcciones

1. Combine all ingredients in bowl except turnips. Pour over turnips and toss well to coat. Chill several hrs for flavors to blend. Yield: 4 servings.
