Ingredientes

  • 6 med. white turnips, pared and cut into lg. cubes
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. snipped parsley
  • Pepper or possibly paprika

Direcciones

  1. Cook turnips in boiling salted water, covered, 20 to 30 min or possibly till tender. Drain and shake over heat a few times to dry slightly. Heat butter; add in lemon juice and parsley; heat; pour over turnips; add in dash of pepper or possibly paprika.
