Ingredientes

  • 1 c. butter
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon extract
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 (19 ounce.) c. fruit
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 2 Large eggs, beaten

Direcciones

  1. Cook till thick. Mix ingredients and chill. Will keep for some time in ice box. To make turnovers, roll out dough and cut to size.
  2. Place fruit mix in middle. Fold over and crimp edges. Prick with fork and bake. Cold, then drizzle with any powdered sugar glaze.
