Two-colored pudding

Puddings are especially tasty and most children and adults!:)

Ingredientes

  • 100 g cooking chocolate
  • 1 l of milk
  • 50 g all-purpose flour
  • 150 g of powdered sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • any fruit for decoration

Direcciones

  1. Will break the chocolate into pieces and together with 1 tablespoon of milk steam melt. Mix the flour and sugar with two yolks and two whole eggs. Pour milk into a pot and let cook. Pour the egg mixture into the hot milk and over medium heat, stirring constantly cook. Gradually add the butter in pieces.
  2. Boil heavy cream, which is divided into two halves. One to mix sugar and vanilla into the other melted chocolate. Both creams at once Pour pudding into a glass dish, which we previously rinsed with cold water. Garnish with any fruit and aside to cool.
