Receta Uncle Lamar's Prize Winning Coconut Pie

Ingredientes

2 c. coconut 2 c. sugar 4 Large eggs 1 stick butter, melted

3 tbsp. flour 1/3 c. buttermilk 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 unbaked pie crusts

Direcciones

1. Makes 2 pies.
2. Spread 1 c. of coconut in each unbaked pie crust. Mix remaining ingredients by hand. Pour mix over coconut. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min.
