Ingredientes

  • 5 pound bag Gold Medal better for bread flour
  • 1 1/2 pkg. rapid rise yeast
  • 1 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Direcciones

  1. Mix water, yeast, sugar, salt and oil dissolving thoroughly. Add in 3 1/2 c. more hot water, then begin adding flour by the c. till the dough is hard and not sticky (about 4 3/4 pounds). Let dough rise 3 to 4 hrs. Beat down and let rise again 1 to 2 hrs. Makes 4 to 6 pizzas. Dough can be frzn.
