Ingredientes

  • 3 c. mashed ripe apricots
  • 3 1/2 ounce. pkg. powdered citrus pectin
  • 3 med. bananas
  • 1 tbsp. grated lemon rind
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 6 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. light corn syrup

Direcciones

  1. Wash, pit and mash apricots. Measure pulp. Mash bananas and combine with lemon juice and rind; add in pectin; stir vigorously with electric beater. Let stand 20 min. Add in corn syrup and mix well. Add in sugar; stir till dissolved. Pour into containers and freeze. Makes 4 pints.
