Ingredientes

- 1 ounce 60% cacao bittersweet chocolate, roughly chopped
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 ½ tablespoons aged balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder for dusting

- ½ teaspoon Maldon sea salt or another coarse sea salt
