- Sambar Powder – 1 1/2 tsp
- Cumin Seeds – 1/4 tssp
- Mustard Seeds – little
- Urad Dal – little
- Bengal Gram Dal – little
- Toor Dal – 100 gms, cooked
- Salt as per taste
- Oil as required
