Ingredientes

  • 8 to 10 veal cutlets (thin)
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 pound mushrooms
  • 1/2 c. chicken stock
  • Flour
  • 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 c. Marsala wine

Direcciones

  1. Lb. veal/chicken and dust with flour. Heat butter and oil, add in veal/chicken and saute/fry till light brown. Add in chicken stock, mushrooms and wine. Cook 5 min. Serve with buttered noodles or possibly regular spaghetti.
