Receta Veal Chops Smothered With Fennel

- Heat 1 tsp. butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown veal chops approximately 5 min on each side. Remove, set aside.
- In the same skillet, heat 1 tsp. butter. Add in garlic, shallots and fennel. Saute/fry lightly. Add in 1/2 c. chicken broth and white wine on high heat for 5 min with a cover.
- Then mix the other 1/2 c. of chicken broth with the cornstarch. Pour in skillet, lower the heat. Place the veal chops back in skillet. Cover, simmer for 5 min, then serve. Suggestion with broad noodles. Serves 4.
