Ingredientes

  • 8 veal cutlets
  • 2 sliced onions
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 2 sm. cans Hunt's tomato sauce
  • 1 (4 ounce.) can mushrooms

Direcciones

  1. Brown onions in butter. Add in veal cutlets and brown. Mix lowfat sour cream and tomato sauce; pour over veal cutlets. Cover and simmer slowly till cutlets are tender. Add in liquid removed mushrooms and serve over rice.
