Receta Veal In Wine Sauce

- In large frying pan, saute/fry veal in butter. Add in cleaned, sliced mushrooms. When mushrooms and veal are lightly browned, add in 2 c. chicken bouillon and 1 c. white wine. Simmer till tender. In the last 5 min, add in cleaned fresh spinach. Serve over pasta.
