Ingredientes

  • 6 veal chops
  • 1 bag fresh spinach
  • 1 pkg. fresh mushrooms
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 c. chicken bouillon
  • 1 c. white wine
  • 1 box Carrot-Spinach Rotini
  • Pasta

Direcciones

  1. In large frying pan, saute/fry veal in butter. Add in cleaned, sliced mushrooms. When mushrooms and veal are lightly browned, add in 2 c. chicken bouillon and 1 c. white wine. Simmer till tender. In the last 5 min, add in cleaned fresh spinach. Serve over pasta.
