Receta Veal Marengo

Ingredientes
- 3 pound veal shoulder, cut into cubes
- Oil
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 glass white wine
- 1 c. bouillon (I use Swanson's)
- 1 c. minced tomatoes
- A couple of bay leaves
- 3/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1 pound sliced mushrooms
- Some minced fresh parsley
Direcciones
- Saute/fry veal cubes in oil till nice and brown. Drain oil. Add in onion and garlic and saute/fry. Add in glass of wine and stir till well heated. Add in bouillon and tomatoes, bay leaves and thyme. Add in mushrooms. Cook in oven at 325-350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs. Spoon onto individual dinner plates and sprinkle with minced parsley. Good over rice.
