Ingredientes

  • 1 pound veal cutlets
  • 1/3 c. chicken broth
  • 1/2 to 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp. minced parsley
  • 2-3 drops Tabasco sauce
  • White wine

Direcciones

  1. Flour veal. Cook in butter till brown on both sides. Drain off excess butter. Put 1 Tbsp. of butter back in skillet with veal. Add in chicken broth and juice from half a lemon. Add in minced parsley, Tabasco sauce and a bit of wine. Cook till veal is done.
