Receta Veal Piccanti
Ingredientes
- 1 pound veal cutlets
- 1/3 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 to 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp. minced parsley
- 2-3 drops Tabasco sauce
- White wine
Direcciones
- Flour veal. Cook in butter till brown on both sides. Drain off excess butter. Put 1 Tbsp. of butter back in skillet with veal. Add in chicken broth and juice from half a lemon. Add in minced parsley, Tabasco sauce and a bit of wine. Cook till veal is done.
