- Sesame seeds - ¼cup
- For the Peanut Suace:
- Peanut Butter - ½cup
- Red pepper flakes - ½tsp
- Brown Sugar - 1tbsp
- Soy sauce - 1tbsp
- Lemon juice - 2tbsp
- Scallions - 2, finely chopped
- Cilantro - 3tbsp, finely chopped
- Salt - to taste
