- 6-8 Tablespoons ice water
- For the filling:
- 1/2 sweet white onion, roughly chopped
- 5 cloves garlic, diced
- 5-8 small mushrooms, halved or quartered, depending on size
- 2 med carrots, quartered then chopped
- 1 small sweet potato, chopped into bite sized pieces
- 2 small celery spears, chopped
- 2-3 asparagus spears, chopped
- 1 small zucchini, quartered then chopped
- 3/4 fresh sage leaves, finely julienned
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped fine
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped fine
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
