- Soften gelatin in cool water, then dissolve it in boiling water. Add in salt, sugar, lemon juice and vinegar; stirring till sugar is dissolved. Cold till partially set. Then mix in minced celery, pimento, green pepper, onion and tomato.
- Mix and pour into individual molds. This is sufficient for 12 to 14 individual molds. Refrigeratetill set. Unmold and serve with mayonnaise.
