Ingredientes

  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. evaporated lowfat milk, diluted with 1 c. vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 c. grated Velveeta cheese
  • 1 (16 ounce.) pkg. mixed vegetables, cooked
  • 1/2 c. buttered bread cubes, more if you like

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter, blend in flour. Remove from heat and gradually add in diluted lowfat milk. Return to heat and cook till thickened; add in cheese and continue cooking and stirring till cheese is melted. Place vegetables in buttered casserole, pour cheese sauce over all. Top with buttered cubes. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 15-30 min at 375 degrees.
