Receta Vegetable Cheese Sandwiches

Ingredientes

1 c. shredded Swiss cheese 1 c. shredded zucchini 1/2 c. minced tomato 1/2 c. thinly sliced cauliflower florets

2 tbsp. mayonnaise 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon dry dill weed; optional 3 English muffins, cut in half and toasted

Direcciones

1. Mix all ingredients except muffins. Spread mix proportionately over muffin halves. Arrange on microwaveable rack in microwave dish. Microwave uncovered on high 3-4 min or possibly till warm and bubbly. Can also be heated under a broiler. 6 open face sandwiches.
