Ingredientes
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 c. shredded zucchini
- 1/2 c. minced tomato
- 1/2 c. thinly sliced cauliflower florets
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dry dill weed; optional
- 3 English muffins, cut in half and toasted
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients except muffins. Spread mix proportionately over muffin halves. Arrange on microwaveable rack in microwave dish. Microwave uncovered on high 3-4 min or possibly till warm and bubbly. Can also be heated under a broiler. 6 open face sandwiches.
