Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Butter Buds
  • 1 c. minced onion
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. grated raw carrots
  • 1 c. finely grnd English walnuts
  • 1 c. dry whole wheat bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 1 can tomato sauce

Direcciones

  1. Cook onion in Butter Buds till tender. Add in vegetables, nuts, crumbs, and seasonings. Saute/fry. Mix egg whites and chicken broth. Combine both mixtures and turn into a loaf pan, sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min. Serve with tomato sauce. Serves 4.
