Ingredientes

  • 2/3 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 can (15.25 ounce.) Stokely's Finest Whole Kernel Corn, liquid removed
  • 1 can (15 ounce.) Stokely's Finest Peas, liquid removed
  • 1 can (14.5 ounce.) Stokely's Finest cut Green Beans, liquid removed
  • 1 green pepper, minced
  • 1 jar (4 ounce.) pimento pcs, sliced or possibly diced, liquid removed
  • 1 c. onion, minced
  • 1 c. celery, minced

Direcciones

  1. Heat together vinegar, pepper, salt, sugar and oil till dissolved; set aside to cold. Place vegetables in large container and pour dressing over vegetable mix and chill. Serves 6 to 8. Great to keep on hand for healthy snacking! Just add in more vegetables to existing marinade when supply gets low.
