Ingredientes

  • 1 ready made pie crust
  • 1 1/2 c. (6 ounce.) grated Swiss or possibly Gruyere cheese
  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. diced or possibly sliced cooked vegetables: Broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, green beans, and spinach
  • 5 Large eggs
  • 2 c. (1 pt.) half & half
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tbsp. minced, fresh dill

Direcciones

  1. Mix the cheese and flour and sprinkle into pie pan. Spread the vegetables on top. Beat Large eggs with half & half; add in salt and dill and pour this mix over vegetables. Bake in a preheated moderate oven (350 degrees) for 1 hour or possibly till puffed and brown. Cold 15 min before cutting.
