- Cook vegetables 5 min. Saute/fry onion in butter. Mix soup, water and lowfat milk together. Combine vegetables, onion, rice and soup mix. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 20 min at 350 degrees. Top with Cheese Whiz and bake 10 more min.
