2 pound freshly minced spinach (you chop it!)
10 hard boiled Large eggs
1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 med. head of lettuce, shredded
1 c. sliced shallots
1 pkg. thawed frzn peas, uncooked

Direcciones

Place in order in layers in a large salad bowl.
