Ingredientes

  • For the Rice:
  • Long grain Rice - 1cup (I used Basmati rice)
  • Carrot - 1 small, finely diced
  • Corn - ¼cup
  • For the Soy granules:
  • Soy granules - 1cup (or use mushrooms)
  • Onion - 1 small, chopped
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, finely minced
  • Tomato Puree - ¼cup (or use 1 heaping tablespoon of tomato paste)
  • Black Olives - 8~10, chopped
  • Raisins - 3tbsp
  • Eggs - 2, hard boiled, peeled and chopped
  • Cilantro/ Parsley - 3tbsp, finely chopped
  • Salt & Pepper - to taste
