- Carrot - 1 small, finely diced
- Corn - ¼cup
- For the Soy granules:
- Soy granules - 1cup (or use mushrooms)
- Onion - 1 small, chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, finely minced
- Tomato Puree - ¼cup (or use 1 heaping tablespoon of tomato paste)
- Black Olives - 8~10, chopped
- Raisins - 3tbsp
- Eggs - 2, hard boiled, peeled and chopped
- Cilantro/ Parsley - 3tbsp, finely chopped
- Salt & Pepper - to taste
