Ingredientes

  • 1/2 pound onion, minced
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 stalk celery
  • 1/2 head green cabbage, minced
  • 1/4 head, red cabbage, minced
  • 4 carrots, sliced
  • 4 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 stalk broccoli, minced
  • 1/2 head cauliflower
  • 2 1/2 c. corn
  • 4 c. kidney beans
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 pound mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 teaspoon salt & pepper each
  • 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 c. tomato paste
  • 1/2 c. butter

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry veggies in butter till tender in large pot. Add in corn, salt, pepper and Worcestershire. Simmer 5 min. Add in kidneys and tomato sauce. Simmer 30-45 min. Makes 10 servings. Sprinkle Swiss and provolone cheese prior to serving on each bowl.
