Receta Velouté Sauce
One of France's mother sauces, prepared in a microwave.
Ingredientes
- 2 cups chicken broth
- â cup butter
- â cup flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash nutmeg
- dash pepper
Direcciones
- Mix together all of the ingredients, except for the broth, and cook for a minute, covered, at 950 watts.
- Stir, add the broth, then heat, vented, at 650 watts for five minutes. Stir again.
